An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 was recorded in and around Jamnagar town of Gujarat on Thursday, officers stated.
No casualties or harm to assets have been reported, they added.
People have been visibly dashing out of high-upward thrust homes whilst the quake struck the town at 7.13 pm.
“An earthquake measuring 4.3 on Richter Scale hit 14 km South-South-West of Jamnagar town on the intensity of 14 km,” stated a reliable of the Institute of Seismological Research, Gandhinagar.
