Cricket / Annual contracts for India Women out, Mithali dropped to ₹30 lakh from ₹50 lakh

BCCI on Thursday announced the annual contract list for India Women for the 2019-20 season. India Women ODI captain Mithali Raj has been downgraded to Grade B (₹30 lakh) from Grade A (₹50 lakh). Further, 15-year-old Shafali Verma became the youngest woman cricketer to break into BCCI's annual contract list. Shafali has been added to the Grade C (₹10 lakh).

The Board of Control for Cricket in India on Thursday announced the Annual Player Contracts for Team India (Senior Women) for the period from October 2019 to September 2020.
