UP Election | Apna Dal (S) President and Union Minister Anupriya Patel, while disclosing her family differences, said that how the public can expect their own welfare from her elder sister and Samajwadi Alliance candidate Pallavi Patel, who betrayed her and implicated her in a fake case. .

Anupriya, who came to seek votes in support of her ally Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate and Deputy Chief Minister of the state Keshav Prasad Maurya, while addressing an election meeting in Sirathu Vidhan Sabha said that Apna Dal founder Sonelal Patel my father was a proponent of social justice. Today I have become a leader due to his struggle, penance and the rituals given. My elder sister is contesting from Sirathu seat on SP symbol. After 13 years of father's death, for the first time, I am sharing my mind with all of you, whose elder sister Pallavi Patel has bequeathed her younger sister's property to her mother alone, in 2014 I got fake cases. He worked as a hindrance to becoming an MP by trapping me. How do you expect from such a woman who is not a younger sister.

He said that my father Sonelal always fought for the farmer, laborer, weaker section. I am fulfilling the duty of being a daughter by carrying forward the ideology of my father. It is for all of you to decide whether the daughter who fulfills the father's dreams, enhances his self-respect and honor, or whether the daughter who pledges the self-respect and principles of the father under the feet of the other party is preferred. Apna Dal President said that if my father Sonelal Patel had to become an MLA, MP, he could have fulfilled his wish by meeting another party and winning the election on the symbol of another party. But my father never compromised on principles. On the other hand, my elder sister has done the work of crushing the principles of the father due to political ambition.

She said that I now want my mother Krishna Patel to take over the leadership of Apna Dal but my elder sister will not allow it. My mother Krishna Patel is contesting from Pratapgarh Sadar, we did not field our candidate setting MLA in front of her, nor will I ever go there to campaign. He said that by following the principles of his father, he is doing the work of carrying forward the struggle which was done by my father to get justice for the backward classes. It is the result of the struggle that the Backward Classes Welfare Commission was formed with the efforts of Apna Dal, children of backward classes got reservation in admission in Kendriya Vidyalayas. Due to the efforts of Apna Dal, 27 percent reservation in the entrance examination of medical, backward class students have got reservation.

Anupriya Patel said that in the eyes of the Samajwadi Party, its party is always becoming gritty. In 2012, when the Samajwadi Party government was in power, if they wanted, students from backward classes could get reservation in NEET. At that time there was no system of reservation in NEET exam then. Then the Samajwadi Party was supporting the UPA government at the Center. Not the Samajwadi Party, otherwise it would not have wanted the reservation of the backward classes. He said that the Apna Dal will always raise the demand for the welfare of the backward and weaker sections, now the demand for caste census is being raised. The demand for a separate ministry for backward classes should be made, from the lower courts to the higher courts, that there should be a system of reservation for backward classes.
