Judicial custody after appearing in Bengaluru court

After the arrest, all the accused were brought to Bengaluru and produced in the court. The court has sent all three to judicial custody. Earlier, on December 13, Bengaluru Police had pasted a notice at Nikita Singhania's residence in Jaunpur.

34-year-old AI engineer Atul Subhash committed suicide in his apartment in Bengaluru on December 11. Before committing suicide, he wrote a 24-page suicide note and uploaded a 90-minute video on the Rumble platform.
