Atishi Marlena News: Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi has got a big blow from the court. Actually, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has sent summons to Atishi. Atishi has been summoned to appear in the court on June 29. Let us tell you that the ACMM of Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has accepted a case of Delhi BJP's media department head Praveen Shankar Kapoor. Praveen Shankar Kapoor had filed a defamation case against Delhi Minister Atishi and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Along with this, the court has called Delhi Minister Atishi to appear in the court on June 29.

BJP had filed a complaint

In fact, a criminal complaint was filed in the court against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Minister Atishi alleging defamation of BJP and party members. Bharatiya Janata Party's Delhi unit media head Praveen Shankar Kapoor had filed the complaint before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Tanya Bamniyal. 

What are the allegations

The complaint filed by Praveen Shankar Kapoor alleged that both the Aam Aadmi Party leaders (Arvind Kejriwal and Atishi) had made 'false and fabricated statements' accusing the BJP of buying AAP MLAs and trying to topple the state government. Made statements whose purpose was to lower the reputation of BJP and its workers among the general public. Praveen Shankar Kapoor alleged in his complaint that “Through such malicious/slanderous statements, the Aam Aadmi Party defames the BJP and its members. Not only this, they try to gain political mileage by making false statements using the platform of press conference.”

AAP Allegations

At present there is an atmosphere of Lok Sabha elections in the country. Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal himself is out on interim bail. He has to surrender after the Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, Aadmi Party leader Atishi has also been summoned. At the same time, AAP has been continuously accusing BJP of breaking the party. In different election public meetings, Arvind Kejriwal says that PM Modi wants to destroy the party by sending all the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party to jail.
