Hearing the sound of the bullet, a middle-aged man came and looked from his window, till then a bullet of the criminals also hit the middle-aged man, after which he was seriously injured. Both were rushed to Siwan Sadar Hospital, where doctors declared the soldier dead, while the middle-aged man is undergoing treatment.

Search continues for criminals by blockade

The deceased constable has been identified as Balmiki Yadav, son of Ramashish Prasad, a resident of Masaudhi in Patna district. The other injured person has been identified as Serajuddin Khan, a resident of Gyaspur village. The deceased constable was posted as a constable in Siswan police station. At present, a large number of police forces have been deployed at the spot after the incident. Police is patrolling the whole village.
