Rahul Gandhi News: Political activities have intensified in Haryana regarding the assembly elections. The Congress party has heated up the election atmosphere by making sharp attacks on the BJP government through its senior leaders. In a recent election rally in Ambala, Congress President Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi lodged strong protest against the policies of the BJP and their government.

Rahul Gandhi's statement: Hands in the pockets of the poor

Rahul Gandhi said in the election meeting that in the BJP rule, the work of taking money out of the pockets of the poor and putting it in the accounts of the rich is being done. Giving an example, he said that money is going into the accounts of industrialists like Adani, while the economic condition of the common people is deteriorating. He said, "The word respect was used in every speech here. It is important to know how much money is coming into the pockets of the people. Respect PM Modi, but if he keeps pulling money from your pocket, then it is not right."

Demand for caste census

The issue of caste census was also included in Rahul Gandhi's speech. He said that we should find out how many people are from OBC, Dalit and tribal classes. He also told that only three OBC officials in the country have the right to take decisions, while their total population is about 50 percent.

Priyanka Gandhi's attack: Ignoring farmers and youth

Priyanka Gandhi also attacked the BJP strongly and said that in the last 10 years PM Modi did not listen to the farmers and youth. He said, "Farmers got tear gas and lathi, and youth got unemployment. The farmer of Haryana is the country's food provider, but he did not get justice." Priyanka further said that the promises of BJP have not been fulfilled and the farmers have been betrayed.

Election campaign strategy

Both Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi are campaigning for the assembly elections to be held on October 5. Rahul Gandhi will campaign in Haryana till the evening of October 3, where other state Congress leaders like Bhupendra Singh Hooda and Kumari Selja are also sharing the stage with him. The aim of Congress is to return to power in Haryana after 10 years.

Conclusion

This phase of election campaign in Haryana is an important opportunity for the Congress, where it can present its ideology and policies against the BJP. The issues raised by both the leaders such as the economic condition of the poor, caste census, and the condition of farmers have further heated up the election atmosphere. Congress is trying to make the people of Haryana stand up against the BJP government and make them choose the right option in the upcoming elections.
