The court imposed these conditions on CM Kejriwal

The court has also imposed several conditions on Kejriwal while granting him bail. These conditions also include that he will not try to obstruct the investigation or influence the witnesses. The special judge also directed Kejriwal that whenever necessary, he will appear in court and cooperate in the investigation.

Can be released by noon after paperwork

After the Tihar Jail administration receives the court's order and completes the paperwork, Arvind Kejriwal can be released by Friday afternoon. The Tihar administration had not received the bail order till late Thursday night. According to the jail rules, when the court pronounces the order, the court staff brings it to the Tihar headquarters and hands it over to the Central Public Relations Office. All this paperwork will be done today.

Arvind Kejriwal is in jail since March

On Thursday, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court also rejected the petition of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), in which it was demanded to stay Kejriwal's bail for 48 hours. Kejriwal has been in jail since March due to allegations of money laundering related to the Delhi Excise Policy scam. After this, the ED had registered several cases against him.

Kejriwal got interim bail

Let us tell you that on May 10, the Delhi High Court had granted interim bail to Kejriwal till June 1 to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections. The court had said that he would have to surrender on June 2 and come back to jail. Kejriwal surrendered before the Tihar Jail officials on June 2 and since then he is in jail.
