Rajasthan Election / Congress released the first list of candidates in Rajasthan elections.

Congress Party has released the first list of candidates for Rajasthan Assembly elections. There are names of 33 candidates in this list. The party has given ticket to Sachin Pilot from Tonk assembly seat. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will contest elections from his old seat Sardarpura. Five ministers have got a place in the Congress list. The party has canceled the tickets of two MLAs. The ticket of Chandrabhan Singh

Rajasthan Election: Congress Party has released the first list of candidates for Rajasthan Assembly elections. There are names of 33 candidates in this list. The party has given ticket to Sachin Pilot from Tonk assembly seat. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will contest elections from his old seat Sardarpura. Five ministers have got a place in the Congress list. The party has canceled the tickets of two MLAs. The ticket of Chandrabhan Singh from Chittor and Ashok Lahauti from Sanganer has been canceled. Santosh Ahlawat has been given ticket from Surajgarh. In 2013, she had won the assembly from Surajgarh itself. Her Lok Sabha ticket was canceled in the 2019 elections whereas she became MP from Jhunjhunu in 2014.

Who is contesting the elections from where?

Govind Singh Dotasara will contest from Lachhmangarh and Mukesh Bhakar will contest from Ladnun. Harish Choudhary from Baytu, Archana Sharma from Malviya Nagar and CP Joshi from Nathdwara have been given tickets. Divya Maderna has got the ticket from Osian. Apart from these, names of three leaders Shanti Dhariwal, Mahesh Joshi and Dharmendra Rathore are not in the party list. The party has issued notices to them and candidates have not been announced yet for the seats related to these leaders.
