Gold Rate Today / Gold becomes cheaper, silver prices also fall, know how much the prices have reduced

Gold Rate Today: A decline in the prices of gold and silver has been recorded on Monday, the first trading day of the week. Softness was seen in domestic futures prices of gold. On Monday morning, gold for delivery on June 5, 2024 was seen trading at Rs 72,374 per 10 grams, down by 0.49 per cent or Rs 353 on MCX exchange. At the same time, gold for delivery on August 5, 2024 was seen trading at Rs 72,499 per 10 grams, down by 0.46 percent or Rs 333. Even globally, gold prices are in the red.

Fall in silver prices

Along with gold, domestic futures prices of silver were also seen trading with a decline on Monday morning. On Monday morning, on MCX exchange, silver for delivery on July 5, 2024 was seen trading at Rs 84,620 per kg, down by 0.34 per cent or Rs 290.

Gold globally

Talking about the global level, gold on Comex is down by 0.49 percent or $ 11.70 at $ 2,363.30 an ounce. At the same time, gold spot is down by 0.12 percent or $ 2.75 at $ 2357.75 per ounce.

Silver globally

Globally, silver prices also appeared to be in the red. The global price of silver on Comex is down by 0.55 percent or $ 0.16 at $ 28.35 an ounce. At the same time, the spot price of silver is down by 0.25 percent or $ 0.07 at $ 28.11 an ounce.
