In a post on social media, Harish Rawat has written that due to freezing of Congress's bank accounts, the party is facing severe shortage of resources. In such a situation, help the Congress candidate in the form of donations to contest the elections along with votes, so that the election campaign does not stop due to lack of funds.

Congress workers deposited money in election account
