Delhi Liquor Scam: Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh has challenged his arrest. He has challenged his ED remand by filing an application in the Delhi High Court. Sanjay Singh's lawyer said that ED did not give grounds for arrest of Singh. Sanjay Singh is currently in ED custody. Today his arrest is ending. He will be produced in Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court at 2 pm today.

ED had arrested Sanjay Singh on October 4 after about ten and a half hours of interrogation. ED has arrested Sanjay Singh after Dinesh Arora became a government witness in the liquor scam.
