Shefali Razdan Duggal is the mother of two children. He has long experience as a political activist. She has been an advocate of women and human rights. She has been on the Holocaust Memorial Museum Council of America. Presently she is serving as an advisor to the Western Zonal Council. Razdan is a member of the San Francisco Committee of Human Rights Watch and a member of the Wake Forest University Leadership and Character Council.
