Rajasthan News: In Bharatpur, Rajasthan, the accused in the murder case of BJP leader Kripal Jaghina was gunned down on Wednesday. The incident took place near Amoli toll plaza around 12 noon on Wednesday. Accused Kuldeep Jaghina and his accomplice Vijaypal were being taken by the police bus to the Bharatpur court for production. When the bus stopped at Amoli toll plaza, two miscreants present there boarded the bus. He put chili in the eyes of the policemen. After this, Kuldeep was killed by firing about 15 rounds. Vijaypal is injured. Both the accused were lodged in the Central Jail.

Two passengers were also shot in the incident. Police has detained four accused. SP Mridul Kachhawa told that the Chalani guards were bringing them. Police recovered the footage of the toll and identified the accused. The car of the miscreants has been recovered. Vijaypal's condition is critical.

Police chased the accused and took them into custody

Police identified the accused on the basis of CCTV footage and started the chase. Four accused have been taken into custody. The search is on for the rest. According to sources, the police have detained four accused named Vishnu, Saurabh, Dharmaraj and Bablu in the Kuldeep murder case.

Kripal Jaghina was murdered due to land dispute

BJP leader Kripal Jaghina was murdered 10 months ago on 4 September 2022 in Bharatpur. The miscreants came riding in 3 bikes and 2 cars. Kuldeep Jaghina and his accomplice Vijaypal were made accused in this case. According to the police, the murder was done due to a land dispute.

Kripal Jaghina, 48, was a land dealer. There were 15 cases registered against him. He was also a member of the Railway Consultative Committee. He was associated with Hinduist organizations. He was also close to the BJP MP. The daughter had been the president of the college from ABVP.

Major cases of murder in broad daylight in a year

• September 2022: History-sheeter Sandeep Shetty was murdered in broad daylight in Nagaur. The police was presenting Sandeep in the court. Meanwhile, the miscreants opened fire on him.
• December 2022: Gangster Raju Thehat was gunned down outside his house. The accused first did Reiki and called Raju Thehat out of the house by ringing the bell. Firing was done on seeing the opportunity.
• February 2023: History-sheeter Rakesh Manju was also fired upon outside his flat in Jodhpur. Although he was saved in this firing. The guard of the society was also involved in this.
