Raja Bhaiya / Raja Bhaiya sided with his brother, the wife got angry, reached the point of divorce, hearing tomorrow

There was a dispute between brother-in-law and sister-in-law

The legal tussle between wife Bhanvi Singh and brother Akshay Pratap Singh alias Gopalji seems to be affecting Raja Bhaiya's married life. That is, earlier the dispute was between brother-in-law-sister-in-law i.e. Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya's wife Bhanvi Singh and younger brother Akshay Pratap Singh. When Raja Bhaiya took his brother's side, the wife became so angry that the matter reached the point of divorce.

Delhi's Saket court will hear the divorce case of Raja Bhaiya and his wife on Monday. Raja Bhaiya's wife Bhanvi had filed a case in South Delhi's District Court Saket Court last month on the basis of the FIR registered at Jorbagh police station. In that FIR, he made serious allegations against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh.

Raja Bhaiya filed for divorce

Bhanvi Singh had filed a case against MLC Akshay Pratap under sections 420, 467, 468, 471,109 and 120B in the FIR. On this, Raja Bhaiya, while supporting Akshay Pratap, told himself to stand with his brother. The case was registered on 19 November 2022. Meanwhile, Raja Bhaiya filed a divorce application.

Eventually this matter came to the Saket court and now the hearing will start in the court. The special thing is that both were married in 1995. In this case, Raja Bhaiya has accused wife Bhanvi of quarreling and discord in the house. Raja Bhaiya's wife had filed a case against MLC Akshay Pratap Singh alias Gopal ji regarding financial irregularities in EOW.

Who is Bhanvi Singh?

Bhanvi Singh belongs to the royal family of Basti. Bhanvi Singh was born on 10 July 1974 in the Basti Rajgharana. Bhanvi is the daughter of Basti Raja's younger son Kunwar Ravi Pratap Singh. Kunwar Ravi Pratap Singh has 4 daughters, in which Bhanvi is his third daughter. Bhanvi Singh's early studies were done in the township itself. Bhanvi Singh completed her studies up to class eight from St. Joseph's School in Basti.

After that Bhanvi Singh went to Lucknow with her mother Manjul Singh to complete her further studies. Bhanvi Singh was married in 1995 to Kunwar Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, son of Raja Uday Pratap Singh of Rajput Bhadri Riyasat of Pratapgarh. After marriage, Bhanvi Singh gave birth to two twin daughters in 1996, but sadly one of these twin daughters died.

After this, again in 1997, Bhanvi gave birth to a daughter. In 2003, Bhanvi Singh gave birth to twin sons. Raja Bhaiya and Bhanvi Singh have two sons named Shivraj and Brijraj and two daughters named Raghavi and Brijeshwari. Bhanvi and Raja Bhaiya have been separated for the last few years.
