The woman is currently admitted to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi and her condition remains critical. On the other hand, the family members of the woman allege that the person who attacked her is her neighbor, against whom the woman had recently lodged a complaint with the police. Police said that the suspected accused Naresh alias Raju has been taken into custody. A case has been registered at Shahbad Dairy Police Station.
