It is said that love is ready to take every test. Perhaps this is what happened in the life of a 60-year-old woman. Living in a live-in without marriage for 28 years, the dream of a woman who reached the next stage of life came true. The entire village became a witness to the marriage ceremony of the elderly couple with their own children.

In Uttar Pradesh's Amethi district, a 65-year-old man married a 60-year-old woman according to law. Invitation cards were distributed in the village to attend this wedding. Like a couple's wedding, all the rituals took place in this marriage. The groom's son, daughters as well as daughter-in-law and grandchildren all attended this marriage. After being in live-in for 28 years, the elders seemed quite happy to tie the knot.

There was an atmosphere of celebration in Khuthana village of Jamo police station area on Sunday night. A crowd of relatives gathered at the house of 65-year-old Motilal, a resident of the village. This crowd was for the marriage ceremony of elderly Motilal. He was marrying 60-year-old Mohini Devi, who had been living in live-in with him for 28 years. In this marriage, from his daughters to daughter-in-law and grandchildren were seen celebrating happiness.

Daughters-in-law and grandchildren all became processions in Motilal's procession. In the wedding held in the village, songs were played on the beat of the dholak. The wedding rituals were performed according to Hindu customs. For his marriage, Motilal had distributed the cards in many villages and even the entire kinship. A feast was also arranged for all.

During the night, Motilal and Mohini Devi gave religious recognition to their relationship by taking seven rounds. Motilal tells that about 28 years ago he had brought Mohini Devi with him, but did not marry her because of the problem in the marriage of daughters and sons.

Motilal told that the society had adopted him and his wife. He told that now that we have married our own daughters and sons and they too have become child-child, then we have completed our life by marrying Mohini.

Motilal has two daughters named Priya and Seema, who are married to their father. Priya and Seema say that they are feeling happy. Feeling great, attending the wedding. Motilal's wife Mohini told that she is a resident of Makdoompur village.

Pandit Tej Ram Pandey, who completed Motilal's wedding rituals, told that they were not married. According to the belief of Hindu religion, the father and mother do not get Shradh and tarpan performed for a child born without marriage. That's why he got married at this age.
