During a wedding in Kanpur, the groom cheated on one occasion and went missing from the spot. After this, in order to save the girl's family, a relative got her brother married to her brother. This case is related to the village of Palehpur in Kanpur Dehat. In fact, preparations were going on with great pomp for marriage in the house of Shriram Prajapati in the village. His daughter Shashi was to be married in the evening. A procession was to come to his house from Raipur village and he was busy preparing for the reception of the baraatis. On the other hand, the groom Dharmendra's father Dharmapala was also very happy about his son's wedding and was busy preparing to take the procession. To look beautiful at the wedding, Dharmapala went to the salon with his son and was getting his hair dyed. But he was not aware of his son Dharmendra's intentions.

While Dharampal was getting his hair dyed, his son suddenly disappeared from the salon. Even after a long time, when he did not return home, the information was received by the girl after which there was chaos in his house. There was preparation to go to the procession but by evening there was no news of the groom being discovered. The bride was waiting for her future husband in the wedding couple. After missing the son, his family members also lodged a complaint with Narwar police station.

There was no detection of the groom till 11 o'clock at night, after which the bride started crying. Seeing the condition of the bride, the man who arranged the marriage proposed to get his brother Mahesh married. The bride's family members agreed to get married to save their honor. The bride also gave her consent after which both were married.

Surprisingly, the missing groom Dharmendra returned to his home only two days after the woman's marriage. He told the false story to his parents that someone had kidnapped him by injecting him. When the police strictly interrogated the accused Dharmendra, the truth turned out to be something else. He told that he had run away with his girlfriend in the village two days before the wedding but was caught by the family. He told that he was not ready to get married at another place but the housemates were not agreeing, so he absconded on the occasion of the wedding itself.
