Bollywood | After the hijab controversy erupted in Karnataka, the matter got heated up in some other states as well. Twinkle Khanna has now given her reaction on this. Twinkle, who has been away from Bollywood films, is active in the field of writing. On Twitter too, she constantly keeps her point openly on the latest issues. Now she quipped with her witty style on the hijab controversy. Twinkle wrote in her column in a newspaper that women should have the right to choose what to wear. Twinkle also said that she does not support any kind of screen.

'Women decide'

Twinkle says that she listened to some religious leaders in defense of the hijab, hearing which she could not stop herself from laughing. He wrote- 'The burqa, the hijab and even the veil have in some way or the other worked their way into cultural and religious construction. Although I am not in favor of any kind of screen, but it is up to the women which side they want to take without intimidation.

Twinkle's pinch on the commenters

Twinkle further said, 'I want to mention that I heard some religious leaders talking about how the hijab prevents men from arousing. All these brothers should sit down and let the stand-up do the talking. Very few men consider a woman's head as the sensual zone. Think date night is going on, wow how hot your head looks today, oh thank you darling, I try to keep it in shape.'

Twinkle also mentioned the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia in this column. He said that in the midst of the war, the President of Ukraine has emerged as a hero.
