Both girls' papers were viewed on WhatsApp. After this, all four people were found to be of the same religion in the investigation. The GRP then got all four to Utkal Express for Odisha.

In this case, the Siron Malabar Church has condemned the incident on March 19 in Jhansi on the train, alleging that Bajrang Dal activists misbehaved with both nuns. The four people were traveling from Delhi to Rourkela in the state of Orissa for the first time.

GRP SP Soumitra Yadav said that the complaint of conversion was found to be completely wrong. All four people were from one religion, so no action was taken in this matter. On the other hand, the matter once again caught fire when the Chief Minister of Kerala complained about the entire matter to Home Minister Amit Shah and demanded action in the case.

In this entire case, Uttar Pradesh Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order Prashant Kumar told that there is a case of Utkal Express on March 19.
