Paper Leak: Sawai Madhopur MLA Dr. Kirori Lal Meena, who has resigned from the post of minister, is once again in the headlines. He reached the SOG office at around 2:15 pm on Wednesday. He handed over the evidence of paper leak in three recruitment exams RAS, REET and SI to SOG ADG VK Singh. He said - These evidences will help SOG a lot in catching the big crocodiles. He alleged that due to many officers of SOG, the game of paper leak could not be exposed.

In a conversation with the media, Kirori said - Udayram and Suresh Dhaka (mastermind of senior teacher recruitment paper leak) have been made absconding by SOG Inspector Mohan Poswal. I have come after telling the ADG, the day Udayram and Suresh Dhaka will be caught. More than half a dozen leaders of the previous government will be caught, who have got the paper leak done. Udayram and Suresh have a lot of information, whose arrest has been asked to be done as soon as possible.

Kirori said- RPSC Chairman Sanjay Shrotriya has also done many things, information about that has also been given to ADG. He said- Shiv Singh Rathore has a role in the paper leak of RAS-2021 main exam and Sanjay Shrotriya, the current chairman of RPSC, has a role in corruption by giving the investigation of answer sheets to private people.

Poswal did not seize his mobile

Kirori said- Regarding the rigging in the constable recruitment case, the court had asked Mohan Poswal from where he got the information, then Mohan said that a WhatsApp message came on my mobile. The court said whether you seized your mobile, then Poswal said- did not seize. The court asked who gave the information. Poswal said that Udayram gave me this information.

SOG officers worked on the phones of leaders

Kirori said- Arrest of those SOG officers has been demanded, who messed with the youth of Rajasthan. The leaders on whose phone the SOG officers worked should also be arrested. If SOG does not take action, I will do Satyagraha.

He said- The previous government nurtured the copy mafia fiercely. SOG officers have also supported them. I have also given the names of those SOG officers to ADG SOG, because it was at their behest that this game of paper leak was not exposed, while hundreds of people came out on the streets during that time.

Bhupendra Saran's letter was received, SOG had taken bribe

Showing a letter, Kirori told that I received this letter by post on 10 December 2022. This is of Bhupendra Saran, accused of paper leak, who is in jail. In this letter, he told that the SOG people have taken 64 lakh rupees from me as a bribe, so I have said that this is the truth. When SOG is found, then nothing is going to be left.

Kirori said that the letter given to the ADG of SOG has the names and information of the then and present officers. These people sitting on the responsible seats implicated many innocent people and let the accused go. He warned- If SOG does not take action against these officers in 15 days, then he will sit in front of SOG and do Satyagraha.

Proof of rigging in RAS exam

Dr. Kirori Lal Meena has also submitted the evidence of RAS recruitment exam. Dr. Kirori said- He has a copy in his hand, on every page of which is written 'Not Attempt'. This means that the person whose roll number is this copy, did not appear in the exam, but after the exam this copy was filled and the person doing the examination got him passed. This person is currently working as RAS in Rajasthan.

He said- Congress government made dozens of such people RAS. He told that the then Chairman of RPSC Shiv Singh Rathore has done this, about which I have given information to ADG. Kirori said- RPSC Chairman Sanjay Shrotriya has also done a lot of mess at that time. Information about this has also been given to ADG and strict action has been asked for.

Dr. Kirori handed over these points to SOG in RAS-2021 exam

Shiv Singh Rathore's role in the paper leak of RAS-2021 main exam and the role of current Chairman Sanjay Shrotriya in corruption by giving the checking of answer sheets to private people.

Bhupendra Yadav retired on 1 December 2021 and Shiv Singh Rathore was appointed as Acting Chairman on 2 December 2021. In such a situation, the responsibility of preparing the question paper of RAS-2021 main exam automatically fell on Shiv Singh Rathore.

After becoming the acting chairman, Shiv Singh Rathore tweeted from his Twitter (X) account on 18 December 2021. The tweet is the 13th question of Section-C Geography of Paper II of the RAS-2021 main examination, which was of 10 marks, that is, Shiv Singh Rathore sold the question papers of the RAS-2021 main examination to his favourites for money.

Sanjay Shrotriya was appointed RPSC Chairman on 16 February 2022, who is currently also working.

In REET, the then Chairman of the Board of Secondary Education D.P. Jaroli gave responsibility to private teachers of Ramkripal Meena, Pradeep Parashar Rajiv Gandhi Study Circle. Due to this, the REET paper leak happened. On the same lines, Sanjay Shrotriya also gave the important responsibility of checking the copies of the RAS-2021 main examination to the teachers of private colleges.

The third paper of the RAS main exam is Unit-2 of Public Administration subject, which is of 65 marks. Inexperienced teachers were given the responsibility of checking that question paper.

R.K. Choubisa, retired from OTS, was made the head coordinator for checking the copies of Public Administration questions. Who gave the responsibility of checking the questions of Public Administration to Rita Mathur, an inexperienced teacher of a private college, instead of a university professor.

Teachers of private colleges Rita Mathur, Manisha Mathur, Indu Sharma, Archana Mishra, Rupali Bhadauria, Pawan Sharma, Preeti Agrawat were given the responsibility of checking the copies of RAS main examination.

Similarly, the responsibility of checking all the question papers was given to the teachers of private colleges.

The most important thing is that the answer sheets of the main examination of RAS-2021 were checked by teachers associated with private institutions both the times with the intention of manipulating the marks.

Doubt on the role of the then Chairman Shiv Singh Rathore in RAS Examination-2018

Kirodi also raised questions about the RAS-2018 recruitment examination. He told that its result was to be declared on 13 July 2021. After this, the work of uploading the copy on the website was to be done under RTI, but this work was done 6 months later i.e. on 2 December 2021 after Shiv Singh Rathore became the acting president. Its notification was issued on 17 December 2021. After this, this copy was uploaded from 10 January 2022 to 30 April 2022.

Kirodi alleged that when Shiv Singh Rathore was unable to give marks to his favorite candidates during the main examination answer sheet checking, he got the left out questions filled by the candidates and succeeded in giving them more marks, an example of which is this answer sheet of roll number 804088.

Even after the result of RAS-2018, the answers to the questions left out by many candidates in the answer sheets were written later. For example, in the first question paper of the RAS-2018 main exam of roll number 804088, N.A (Not Attempted) is written in questions of more than 30 marks. When the candidate did not succeed in getting good marks/rank, the then chairman Shiv Singh Rathore deliberately delayed uploading the answer sheet and made the candidate fill in the answers of the missed questions by providing the answer sheet.

After this, the answer sheets were uploaded. The candidate complained about this in writing to the then chairman Shiv Singh Rathore and demanded to get his copy checked, which Shiv Singh immediately accepted and got the copy checked again. After the marks increased in this, the candidate succeeded in getting a good rank and becoming an RAS.

Shiv Singh Rathore did corruption in the interview

Dr. Kirori said - As per the wishes of Shiv Singh Rathore and after meeting the big leaders of Congress, Bhupendra Yadav was sent on forced leave on 13, 14, 15, 16 April 2021. As per Shiv Singh's intention, he became the chairman of the interview board and gave record-breaking 70% to 80% marks in the interview to hundreds of candidates who had scored low marks in the main examination by taking money. These include relatives of big leaders and officers. He has demanded that the copies of such people be confiscated and they be punished.

List of 400 candidates submitted 5 months ago

Five months ago, Kirori Lal Meena reached the SOG office and presented evidence related to the cheating gang in SI recruitment 2021. He gave documents to SOG ADG VK Singh about fake selection of about 400 candidates in the recruitment due to paper leak. Apart from this, he also gave evidence claiming fake selection of candidates in RAS-2018 and 2021 and demanded an investigation.

It is worth noting that Kirori Lal had earlier given documents to the ED regarding the Jal Jeevan Mission scam. After this, the ED arrested big contractors and officials one after the other in this case.

When Kirori Lal Meena reached the SOG office, Congress MLA from Kushalgarh Ramila Khadiya was already present there. Kirori Lal Meena and Ramila Khadiya met in ADG VK Singh's room.
