In three more cases, permits have been issued for the release of city MLA Azam Khan, who has been lodged in Sitapur jail for a long time, while on the other hand the objection filed on the framing of charges in the Dungarpur case has been again filed on behalf of the defense.

City MLA Azam Khan has been in jail for nearly two years in cases like land grabbing, looting and cheating. The bail application of Azam, who is lodged in Sitapur jail, has been approved in all the cases, but bailiffs were not filed, but now bailiffs are being filed continuously and his release permits are also being issued. Now even in the case of land grabbing registered in Azimnagar police station, the release has been issued by the court. Release permits have been issued in three cases.

Prior to this, release permits have been issued in five cases. On the other hand, objection has been filed again on behalf of the defense on the objection filed by the defense in the case of framing of charges in Dungarpur case against Azam Khan, which will now be heard by the court on April 7.
