BMW After Sales Service: German vehicle manufacturer BMW vehicles are also well-liked in India. The company has a wide portfolio ranging from sedans to SUVs. The company has also launched two new vehicles in the Indian market on Saturday. Apart from this, the company is also focusing on electric cars. However, even after buying a BMW car worth lakhs of crores of rupees, if the customers do not get good service, then it is bound to make them angry. Many such customers have registered their complaints on the Twitter account of the company (BMW India). After doing a little research, we found that most of the customers are more annoyed with the negligence of the BMW service center than the company's product. We are telling you about 5 such different cases.1. A user named Anirudh Sen (@anisen943) has said that he had bought a BMW X5 about 3 months back and it got a problem. He has been visiting the service center for a long time as the problem is not fixed. The special thing is that the cost of this vehicle is more than Rs 1 crore.
2. User named Satyan Kasturi (@SatyanKasturi) told that he has 3 BMW cars. Out of these, 2 vehicles are with the dealership in Chennai for repairs. It has been several months since he saw his car. He has also contacted BMW India, but to no avail.3. Kishore Sonekar (@KishoreSonekar) is telling that the tire of his BMW X5 SUV got damaged. The service center is saying that they will have to wait for 25 to 30 days to get the tyre. What is the point of that. He can't drive until he gets the tyres.4. Shubham Chail (@ChailShubham) claims that he took delivery of the BMW G310r from Ranchi on 18 July. Even after 4 months of delivery, his Registration Card (RC) is still pending. Not getting any response from the dealer. He was not expecting such service.5. A user named Vikas Vohra says that BMW's Pune service station has the worst service. There is no response here. Customer follows up for everything. Last time, they had to get some repairs done and it took 28 days. This time also it has been 12 and he is sure that the service center people will break their previous record. Vikas said that a Tata car worth 7 lakhs is better than a BMW car worth 70 lakhs.
