In that CD, ND Tiwari was seen in an objectionable position with three women. That video clip was aired by a Telugu channel. The politics of this CD showed such color that ND had to resign from the post of Governor and return. However, Tiwari had denied that he was himself in the CD. He said that behind this CD there is a conspiracy of the opponents.

A minor student of Delhi's RK Puram school had made a video of a student studying with him and then made it viral. This MMS even went viral on porn sites. There was a ruckus across the country regarding this video and the sensational news had created a buzz for a long time. The Delhi Police took action in this case only on the basis of the news spread in the media.
