Chandrayaan 3 Mission: Before landing on the moon, the lander of Chandrayaan-3 has again taken a special picture of the moon. It is proudly shared by ISRO. Just a few days ago, even during its entry into the Moon's orbit, Chandrayaan-3 had sent photographs of the Moon and the Earth. The images taken by the lander clearly show the Moon's craters Aristarchus, Eddington and Pythagoras as well as Oceanus Procellarum, one of the dark plains on the Moon's surface. ISRO is studying these pictures closely. This is expected to reveal many secrets related to the moon in the future.

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on Thursday shared a set of fresh images of the Moon and Earth captured by the indigenous lander module named Vikram of the Chandrayaan-3 mission. Only a fortnight is left for Chandrayaan-3 to soft land on the lunar surface. The spacecraft entered the lunar orbit on 5 August. It is expected to land on the Moon on August 23. The lander has clicked another picture, where the Earth is shown from afar in the other image. It was observed by the lander imager camera on 14 July. The country's third unmanned moon lander mission was launched on this day.

Chandrayaan will land on the South Pole

According to ISRO scientists, India's Chandrayaan-3 will land on the South Pole of the Moon on August 23, 24. This is the dark side of the moon, where everything is mysterious. Till now no country of the world has been able to reach. If the lander of India's Chandrayaan successfully lands here, India will become the first country in the world to reach the South Pole of the Moon. This will be a big achievement of India.
