Now information has come to light that Delhi Police will take Arvind Kejriwal's PA Vibhav Kumar to Mumbai. Let us tell you that Swati has accused Vibhav Kumar of assault. Delhi Police had arrested the accused Vibhav Kumar, after which the court sent Vibhav to 5 days custody.

The phone was formatted in Mumbai

Delhi Police can take Vibhav to Mumbai today. Vibhav had formatted the phone in Mumbai. The police will go to Mumbai and find out who Vibhav was in contact with in Mumbai. According to the information, Delhi Police is taking Vibhav to Mumbai by a flight at 2.30 pm on Tuesday itself. After this the investigation will be taken forward in Mumbai.

SIT was formed

SIT has been formed in the case of assault on Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. After the formation of the SIT, the team also recorded the statements of the CM staff. Apart from this, the statements of CM's security have also been recorded. The SIT has also interrogated the security personnel seen in the mobile video. The team also reached the house of accused Vibhav Kumar and seized some electronic gadgets from here.

CCTV sent to FSL for investigation

Apart from this, the DVR of CCTV seized from CM House has been sent to FSL for investigation. Let us tell you that even before this, the Delhi Police team had seized CCTV DVR and other items from the CM residence. MP Swati Maliwal has also alleged tampering with the CCTV footage of the CM residence.
