Election commission announcement / Elections for 13 seats of Rajya Sabha will be held on March 31, MPs will be elected from six states

After the assembly elections of five states, now the Election Commission has announced elections for 13 seats of Rajya Sabha. This election will be held on March 31. In this, MPs will be elected from six states. Of these, five will be from Punjab, three from Kerala, two from Assam and one each from Himachal, Tripura and Nagaland. All the MPs in whose place the election will be held are retiring between April 2 and 9.

Rani Naraha and Ripun Bora from Assam, Anand Sharma from Himachal Pradesh, AK Antony, MV Shreyams Kumar and Somaprasad K from Kerala, KG Kenya from Nagaland, Jharna Das from Tripura and Sukhdev Singh, Pratap Singh Bajwa, Shwet Malik, Naresh from Punjab Gujral and Shamsher Singh Dulo.
