All Party Meeting: Before the budget session, the central government had called an all-party meeting on Sunday. Many opposition parties except Trinamool Congress attended this meeting. After the all-party meeting, Congress made a big claim. Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that in the all-party meeting, JDU leader demanded special status for Bihar. At the same time, YSRCP leader demanded special status for Andhra. Surprisingly, TDP leaders remained silent on this issue. In fact, in the all-party meeting, three states Bihar, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha demanded special state status for their states.According to sources, in this meeting, Congress said that the opposition should get the post of Deputy Speaker. Apart from this, it also raised the issue of NEET. Samajwadi Party leader Ramgopal Yadav raised the issue of showing identity on the Kanwar route. At the same time, YSRCP raised the issue of security in the state. The budget session will run from 22 July to 12 AugustThis all-party meeting was chaired by Rajnath Singh. The budget session will start from tomorrow i.e. Monday and this session will run till August 12. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the general budget on 23 July. Earlier, the government had called an all-party meeting today to understand the issues they want to raise during the budget session. Six bills are expected to be introduced by the government in this session.These bills include Finance Bill, Disaster Management, Boilers Bill, Indian Aircraft Bill 2024, Coffee Promotion and Development Bill and Rubber Promotion and Development Bill.In today's all-party meeting of floor leaders chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, the JD(U) leader demanded special category status of Bihar. The YSRCP leader demanded special category status for Andhra Pradesh. Strangely, the TDP leader kept quiet on the matter.
