Mukhtar Ansari Jail / Mukhtar sentenced to 10 years in gangster case, fined Rs 5 lakh

Mukhtar Ansari Jail: On Friday, Ghazipur's MP-MLA court sentenced Bahubali mafia Mukhtar Ansari to ten years' imprisonment in a gangster case and also ordered a fine of Rs 5 lakh. Along with this, the court has sentenced Mukhtar's associate Sonu Yadav to 5 years imprisonment and also imposed a fine of Rs 2 lakh. Yesterday the court declared him guilty in this case. A gangster case was going on against Bahubali Ansari in the MP/MLA court of Ghazipur. A case was filed against him under the Gangster Act in Karanda police station. This included the murder case of retired teacher Kapil Singh and the murder case against Mir Hasan. Although on May 17, the court had declared Mukhtar Ansari innocent in the same case, but now he has been sentenced to 10 years in this case.

This decision has come from MP MLA Court in Ghazipur. In the year 2009, a retired teacher was murdered and then another murder took place in the same year. By combining both the cases, a gangster case was filed against Mukhtar. He has been punished in this case.

Let us tell you that Mukhtar Ansari is already serving jail sentence under extortion, murder, robbery, kidnapping and many other cases. A few days ago, during the jail shifting, he had expressed his fear of an encounter. His apprehension was that they might have an encounter during shifting.

Mukhtar Ansari will appeal against the sentence in the High Court

On the other hand, after this decision, Mukhtar Ansari's lawyer Liaquat said that they will appeal against this decision in the High Court. He expressed hope that those people would get justice from the High Court. After the court order, he has started the process of appealing in the High Court.

The court of MP-MLA Court Judge Arvind Mishra had convicted Mukhtar Ansari in the gangster case on Thursday. Today when the court announced the punishment, Mukhtar Ansari said that he had nothing to do with this case. He is imprisoned since 2005.

Mukhtar Ansari got punishment in gangster case

Bahubali leader Mukhtar Ansari has been punished in the third case under the Gangster Act from Ghazipur court. Earlier, the same court had given sentence in the gangster case registered after the murder of Awadhesh Rai and Krishna Nand Rai.

Let us tell you that Kapil Dev Singh was murdered on 19 April 2009. Mir Hasan was attacked on 24 November 2009. By combining these two cases, a case was initiated under the Gangster Act. Mukhtar Ansari was earlier acquitted in his main case, but the police had registered a case of conspiracy against Mukhtar Ansari in both the cases under 120B. Now Mukhtar Ansari has been punished in this case.
