The Rajasthan High Court has dismissed the petitions challenging the result of preliminary examination of RJS Recruitment 2021. The court has said that the court is not interfering in the decision of the expert committee constituted in the matter.
Apart from this, the Supreme Court has also said that where more than one answer goes in answering objective questions, it is correct to mark the most correct answer. Hence it is wrong to say that more than one answer will be correct in the question. Apart from this, if more than one answer is also correct, then the candidate will give the most correct answer as the answer. A division bench of Acting CJ MM Srivastava and Justice Samir Jain gave this order while dismissing more than three dozen petitions.
Petitions dismissedIn the petitions, objection was raised to the release of results by deleting four questions and answers to some other questions in the preliminary examination of RJS Recruitment-2021. In the petition, citing recognized books, it was said that the petitioners had written the correct answers, But due to wrong checking of questions, they were deprived of appearing in the main examination. On behalf of the High Court administration, it was said that the questions were deleted only on the opinion of the expert committee. Hearing on which the division bench dismissed the petitions.
