The people who lost their lives in the accident include two men, two women and a 12-month-old innocent child. All the deceased are said to be residents of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. They had gone on a religious journey in their private vehicle. The vehicle which was found damaged at the spot had a Uttar Pradesh number plate.

Eyewitnesses described the horrific scene

According to eyewitnesses, there was chaos at the spot after the collision. The front part of the car was completely shattered, and all the bodies were trapped inside. Police and local people had to work hard to take out the bodies. At the same time, due to the overturning of the trailer, there was a long jam on the highway, which also affected the traffic.

Speed ​​or overtaking caused the accident?

Raiser police station officer Raghuveer Singh informed that this accident happened near Nekawala toll plaza at around 8 am on Sunday. According to preliminary investigation, the cause of the accident could be an attempt to overtake or high speed. However, the investigation of the exact cause of the accident is still going on.
