Talking about PM Modi and his friendship, Abbas Bhai said, the friendship between me and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is very old. I used to stay at his house during my studies. I studied by staying at his house. He further tells that I used to stay at his house with his family member. Had to live with them and drink food. PM Modi's mother Heeraben used to take care of me. I used to study with PM Modi's younger brother.

When Abbas Bhai was asked whether he would like to share any anecdote related to the Prime Minister or his mother. In response to this, he told that both Damodar Das, father of Prime Minister Modi and my father were friends. This was the reason that I had to come and go at Narendra's house. Then my father passed away.

He says that after the death of his father, he started having problems in going to school from home, because it was five kilometers away. Because of this I started living at Narendra Bhai's house. However, by that time Narendra Bhai had left home to serve the country. But elder brother Prahlad Bhai, Pankaj Bhai and all other people used to stay at home. Hiraba used to take care of my food and clothes.

I will welcome the PM myself

Abbas Bhai was asked that the Prime Minister has a program in Australia. You are his friend. How do you feel as a friend and as an Indian. In response to this, he said that Narendra Bhai is the Prime Minister of the country, in such a situation who would not be happy to meet him. It is a matter of pleasure for me that he has come here. Everyone is eager to meet him.

He said that I have been made a member of the WELCOME committee preparing the program to welcome the Prime Minister. In this way I myself will welcome the Prime Minister. On the question of meeting the PM, he said that at the moment I am very happy. Only God knows what will happen after meeting. Whatever will happen regarding the meeting, we will talk about it further.

Jealous people talk negative about PM: Abbas Bhai

There are negative things about the Prime Minister. What would you like to say on this as a friend? He replied that if someone becomes a big man, then he should be in politics or in business. There are definitely negative things about him. People who are jealous of him, they talk negatively about him. We have democracy here. That's why everyone has the right to speak. It doesn't matter about negative things.

When asked about Sabka Saath and Sabka Vikas, Abbas Bhai said that he is the Prime Minister of the country, so whatever he does, he does it for everyone. He will do little work for any one person. Some people feel good when a person occupying that position takes a decision. But there are people who feel bad about it as well. Every coin has two sides.
