In a post on 'X', Nehammer had said, "This visit is a special honour as it is the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to my country in more than 40 years. It is also important as we are celebrating 75 years of diplomatic relations with India."

Russian President Putin is eager to meet his friend PM Modi. Moscow and the Kremlin have been decorated like a bride to welcome Modi. Modi will go to Austria from Russia. He will be in Austria on July 9 and 10. According to the Indian Foreign Ministry, this will be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Austria in 41 years. He will meet the President of the Republic of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen and hold talks with the Chancellor of Austria. According to the ministry, Prime Minister Modi and Chancellor Nehammer will also address top entrepreneurs of India and Austria. Modi will also interact with members of the Indian community in Vienna.
