Delhi Weather: With the beginning of the new year, cold wave conditions have returned once again in large parts of North West India. Although, for the last three-four days, the cold and fog were slightly less in some parts of the country including the national capital Delhi, but with the beginning of 2023, people may have to face severe winter. According to the Regional Meteorological Center New Delhi, the night temperature is likely to drop further in the next two days. In Delhi on Monday (January 2), the minimum temperature is expected to be around 6 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature is expected to be around 20 degree Celsius. With this the sky can remain clear. Earlier on Sunday (January 1), the minimum temperature was around 05.5 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature was around 21.1 degree Celsius.There will be severe cold again on 4th and 5th JanuaryAccording to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of experiencing a lot of cold in the month of January. According to the Regional Meteorological Center, on January 3, the minimum temperature in Delhi will be around 5 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature will be around 20 degree Celsius. There, there will be light fog in the morning and there are chances of sunshine in the day. There will be severe cold again on January 4 and 5 in Delhi. On this day, the minimum temperature of the state can be around 4 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature can be around 18 degree Celsius. Apart from this, there is a possibility of dense fog in the areas with cold wave on Wednesday and Thursday.Cold wave likely to persistOn January 6, the minimum temperature can be 5 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature can be 18 degree Celsius. There, there is a forecast of light fog in the morning. In Delhi on January 7, the minimum temperature will be 5 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature will be 18 degree Celsius. Apart from this, according to the latest forecast of IMD, there is a possibility of cold wave conditions in Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh till January 5.
