'So should I file a defamation case'

Advocate Cheema said, “If someone tells me that you are Punjabi quarrelsome and abusive, can I file a defamation case against him? Many such words have often been used for all linguistic groups as well as religious institutions etc.

Cheema said, “During the trial at 11:51 am my client (Rahul) is convicted, then in half an hour he is sentenced to severe punishment. I am surprised that the trial court told my client- 'You were warned by the Supreme Court. You are insolent, you don't understand anything.' I am sorry that I am going to use strong words, but it is a fact that the judge was misled."
