Earlier, Sanjay Raut had claimed that the Maha Vikas Aghadi has reached a consensus on 210 out of 288 seats in the state.

Meanwhile, BJP has released its first list in Maharashtra, announcing the names of candidates on 99 seats. In this list, 13 women have been given tickets, and three sitting MLAs have been cut. BJP MLA Ganpat Gaikwad's wife Sulabh has been given a ticket from Kalyan in place of his wife, while sitting MLA Ashwini Jagtap's ticket from Chinchwad has been cut and Shankar Jagtap has been given a chance.

Election dates

Voting for the Maharashtra Assembly elections will be held on November 20, and the counting of votes will take place on November 23. The parties of the Maha Vikas Aghadi are now making full preparations to enter the electoral fray, while the Congress is also making election strategies at its level. On Monday, the Congress Central Election Committee meeting was held, in which more than 62 seats of Maharashtra were discussed.
