Today, the student (Nikhil) from Kushinagar, who was called by the CBI for questioning, was released after being questioned for 6 hours. According to the information, he can be called again for questioning. The paper was being sold through the dark net, this has also been confirmed in the investigation. Then the digital lock in it was cut with a cutter, after which the question paper was taken out.

CBI started investigation

CBI has started investigation in the NEET exam paper leak case on the complaint of the Ministry of Education. CBI has registered an FIR in the case under IPC sections 420 (cheating), 406 (breach of trust) and 120B (criminal conspiracy). CBI will also seek an investigation report of their case from Bihar Police. So that the entire matter can be understood on the basis of the investigation done so far.
