With these statements coming one after the other, the debate between young and old leaders has once again started in the Congress. That too at a time when the tussle between young and experienced leaders is at its peak in the state.

Randhawa also claimed in the statement that the Congress is a party that gives opportunities to the youth. On Randhawa's statement, we scanned the ages of all the 106 MLAs including all the ministers of the Congress government. This revealed that Randhawa's statement was nothing more than just a statement. He had said that people of old age should resign on their own. If this happens in reality, then 45 MLAs above 60 years of age will have to resign, including many big names.

75 out of 106 MLAs are over 50

The Congress currently has a total of 106 MLAs in the government. Of these, 30 are ministers. There are 14 women MLAs in these MLAs. On the other hand, if we talk about ministers, there are 3 women ministers.

Out of 106 MLAs, 75 Congress MLAs are those whose age is 50 years or more. There are only 31 MLAs whose age is less than 50 years. On the other hand, if we talk about ministers, then out of 30, 26 are those whose age is 50 or more. Ashok Chandna, Bhanwar Singh Bhati, Tikaram Julie and Saleh Mohammad are the only ones below 50 years of age. Among them, Ashok Chandna is the only sports minister below 40 years of age.

This was the resolution: The Congress had taken a resolution at the Chintan Shivir held in Udaipur last year that maximum opportunities would be given to the youth in the party. There will be 50 percent people under the age of 50 in both the government and the organization. These include both tickets and organization positions. Congress will implement this formula from 2024. But on this basis, when we look at the share of power in Rajasthan Congress, then the situation appears somewhat different.

9 ministers above 70 years

Talking about the ministers, there are 9 ministers in the Congress who are 70 years or more. These include Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Assembly Speaker Dr. CP Joshi. Apart from these, the age of Shanti Dhariwal, Parsadilal Meena, Hemaram Chaudhary, BD Kalla, Sukhram Vishnoi, Brijendra Ola, Udaylal Anjana is also more than 70.

7 ministers above 60 years

There are 7 ministers who are 60 years or more in the Congress government. These include Murarilal Meena, Rajendra Singh Yadav, Govind Meghwal, Mahendrajit Malviya, Ramesh Meena and Vishvendra Singh, including Mahesh Joshi, who was the chief whip.

10 ministers above 50 years

Maximum 10 ministers are between the age of 50 to 60. Zahida Khan, Rajendra Gudha, Arjun Bamaniya, Shakuntala Rawat, Bhajanlal Jatav, Mamta Bhupesh, Ramlal Jat, Pratap Singh Khachariawas, Pramod Jain Bhaya and Lalchand Kataria. Talking about the average age of Congress MLAs, it is 57.70 years. This clearly shows that largely the Congress government and cabinet have MLAs of 57 or more age. 4 MLAs are over 80

20 MLAs above 70 years

There are 20 MLAs whose age is between 70 and 80. Bharat Singh Kundanpur is also included in this category. 21 MLAs aged 60 to 70

Maximum 30 MLAs of 50-60 years

The maximum age of 30 MLAs in Congress is between 50 and 60. Among them are Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara and Punjab in-charge Harish Chowdhary. Apart from this, the names of Virendra Singh, Sudarshan Singh Rawat, Sophia Zubair, Rohit Bohra, Rita Chowdhary, Rafiq Khan, Padamram Meghwal, Meena Kanwar, Lakhan Singh, Krishna Ram Vishnoi are also there in this list. His age is 34 years. Similarly, Osian MLA Divya Maderna is also in this category. Apart from these, the names of Vijaypal Mirdha, Ramlal Meena, Indra Meena, Ganesh Ghoghara, Danish Abrar, Amit Chachan, Minister Ashok Chandna are in this list.

Young people are more among the supporters of Sachin Pilot

If we talk about the Congress stuck in camp, there are more youths in Sachin Pilot's camp or among the MLAs seen supporting him. Talking about MLAs in the age group of 30 to 50, there are many such MLAs who belong to the Sachin camp. Among them there are many including Mukesh Bhakar, Ramnivas Gavadia, Divya Maderna, Indra Meena, Vedprakash Solanki. At the same time, most of the trusted MLAs of the Gehlot camp are old. These include Shanti Dhariwal and Mahesh Joshi, who played an important role in the September 25 rebellion and received notices.

Average age of women 50 years, Indra Meena youngest

Talking about women, there are no MLAs or ministers who are very old. All three women ministers are below 55 years of age. The average age of 14 women MLAs is 50.21 years. Indra Meena is the youngest female MLA among them. His age is 36 years. On the other hand, if we talk about male MLAs, their average age is 58.84.

Congress has 4 CMs, 3 of them are over 60

At present, the Congress government is in 4 states across the country. Out of these four, the Congress CM is old. Of these, the age of 3 is above 60. Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah is 75 years old. At the same time, Ashok Gehlot of Rajasthan is 71 years old. Similarly, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel is 61 and Himachal CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu is 59 years old. Kamalath was 72 years old when he became the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.
