Gopal Rai had written a letter

General Administration Department has written in its reply that we have brought the matter of who will hoist the flag in Delhi to the notice of the higher authority. Their reply is awaited. That is, now the department has asked LG office about this. According to sources, LG office will accept whatever suggestion comes from the Union Home Ministry in this regard. This means that who will hoist the flag on 15th August in Delhi will now be decided by the Union Home Ministry.
