In Chhatarpur, the magistrate's car collided with a tractor trolley, Bada Malhara magistrate died in the accident, while another magistrate and the car driver were seriously injured. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan condoled the demise of Bada Malhara magistrate through social media post and wished speedy recovery of the injured.
The magistrate's car driver Shailendra Singh Dinkar said that he had left Bada Malhara for Chhatarpur at 6:15 pm with two magistrates in the car. Magistrate Rishi Tiwari, Ashish Kumar Mathoria and driver Shailendra Singh Dinkar were in the car. As the car reached near Matgunwa on Kanpur Sagar National Highway, the truck coming from the front on the road got dazzled in the light and collided with a tractor trolley parked in the dark. After the accident, all the injured were brought to the district hospital, where doctors declared Magistrate Rishi Tiwari brought dead.Magistrate Ashish Kumar is seriously injured. After first aid at the district hospital, he has been referred to the Medical College, Jhansi. As soon as the information about the accident came, there was a gathering of district court magistrate and police officers in the district hospital. Several officers including Superintendent of Police Sachin Sharma reached the district hospital. Police spokesperson DSP Shashank Jain says that both the seriously injured have been referred to Jhansi. While a magistrate has died.
