Chhatarpur / Police caught two accused of theft and sent them to jail within 24 hours, search for two continues

Chhatarpur police arrested two accused of theft of husk machine just 24 hours after the incident, although two other accused from UP involved in the case are currently absconding, who are being searched.

Chhatarpur police arrested two accused of theft of husk machine just 24 hours after the incident, although two other accused from UP involved in the case are currently absconding, who are being searched.

According to the information, Hari Singh Yadav (28-year-old), resident of village Budera, had lodged a complaint on March 17 at Ramtoria outpost that the straw machine kept outside the house was stolen at around 2 pm on March 16, on which the police under section 379. The matter was established and taken up for investigation.

On March 17, the police got information from the informer that a stolen tractor, which has a straw machine, is present near Bamori on the banks of the Chakra Ghat Dhashan river. The police immediately seized the tractor or straw machine used in the incident from the main accused Budera residents Chhatrapal alias Bhajju (26 years old) and Raxpal Yadav (25 years old) involved in the incident. The value of the stolen goods is around 2 lakhs. Police has produced both the accused in Judicial Magistrate First Class Buxwaha and sent them to Sub Jail Bijawar. At present, accused Rajesh Yadav and Hajol Yadav, residents of village Jhakar in Lalitpur district of Uttar Pradesh, involved in the case are absconding, who are being searched.
