Lok Sabha 2023: The no-confidence motion brought by the Congress in the Lok Sabha has been rejected by a voice vote. Meanwhile, Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary has been suspended from the Lok Sabha. This suspension has been done till the Committee of Privileges presents its report against him. According to the information, this matter is pending with the Privilege Committee. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary will remain suspended till the matter is investigated. Regarding Adhir Ranjan, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi said that Congress leaders every time try to tarnish the image of the country. He said, 'We had demanded an apology from him during that time, but he did not apologise. After this a motion of no confidence was brought against Adhir Ranjan which was accepted by the speaker. The Chairman also said that the behavior of Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary was not in accordance with the House.

PM Modi took a jibe at Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary

Responding to the no-confidence motion in the House, Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary. During this, Prime Minister Modi said, 'Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary is an expert in making jaggery dung. Don't know why Congress insults him again and again. Do you know whether you have received a call from the office. Tell that while taunting Gaurav Gogoi's statement, the Prime Minister targeted Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary. The PM said that we have full sympathy for Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary.

Adhir Ranjan targets PM Modi

Explain that the Chairman has rejected the no-confidence motion brought against the BJP on the basis of voice vote. Earlier in the beginning of the day, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary had targeted Narendra Modi. Targeting the Prime Minister, he had said that it is the power of the no-confidence motion which has brought Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the House. Please tell that the proceedings of the House have been canceled for the time being. In this episode, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary will remain suspended till the completion of the investigation.
