Delhi: A person made a personal message to an IAS officer. Which he shared on Twitter. After which people started giving advice to the person and started taunting.IAS shared a screenshot by tweeting. In which a father had sought opinion from the IAS regarding his daughter. The message read- 'Good evening sir. My daughter is in 5th class. I want to make him an IAS officer.
Please guide me on how to make study environment for him. He likes books. Please guide with books so that he can increase his knowledge.
