Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi / Delhi Crime Branch arrested Sukhdev Singh's murderer from Chandigarh.

Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi: Rajasthan Police has got a big success in the investigation of the murder case of Rajasthan's Rajput leader Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. Rajasthan Police has arrested three accused in the murder case from Chandigarh in a joint operation with the Crime Branch of Delhi Police. Police has succeeded in arresting three accused including main accused Rohit Rathod and Nitin Fauji from Sector 22 of Chandigarh. All three were brought to Delhi late last night.

Murder at the behest of Virendra Chahan

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has brought shooter Rohit and Udham, who supported the accused after the murder, to Delhi. Rajasthan Police has taken shooter Nitin Fauji with itself. It is being told that the shooters were in contact with Virendra Chahan, right hand of gangster Rohit Godara. The murder was carried out on the instructions of Virendra Chahan. After committing the murder, these shooters were continuously talking to him.

Ramveer Singh was arrested yesterday

Earlier on Saturday, Jaipur Police had arrested Ramveer Singh, resident of Mahendragarh, Haryana, in connection with the murder of Gogamedi. On December 5, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot dead by two shooters, Nitin Fauji and Rohit Rathod, at his home in Jaipur. It is being told that Ramveer Singh had made all the arrangements for these two shooters in Jaipur. According to Jaipur Police, Nitin Fauji and his associates had opened fire at Sadar Police Station in Mahendragarh on November 9 and then absconded.

A shooter was killed in crossfire

Meanwhile, on November 19, Nitin Fauji had sent his friend Ramveer Singh to Jaipur to make all the arrangements. Apart from Gogamedi, a shooter Naveen Shekhawat was also killed in the crossfire in the shootout on December 5. Since the murder of Gogamedi, protests were taking place across Rajasthan including Jaipur. There was a demand for an encounter of the accused. Now, in a joint operation with Delhi Police, the police have arrested both the shooters as well as their helper Ramveer.

Gogamedi killed by indiscriminate firing

Let us tell you that Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, National President of Shri Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena, was killed in indiscriminate firing by shooters Nitin Fauji and Rohit Rathore on Tuesday. According to the police, Ramveer had made complete arrangements for Nitin Fauji in Jaipur. He told that both of them are friends. After the incident, Ramveer took the accused Nitin and Rohit on a motorcycle and went ahead of Bagru toll plaza and made them sit in a bus of Rajasthan Roadways.
