Haryana Politics: Naib Singh Saini government of Haryana seems to be in crisis, due to which political stir is increasing continuously in the state. However, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trying every possible way to get out of this crisis. Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini and former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar have met two MLAs of Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) in Chandigarh, after which the political heat has increased. Actually, the BJP government in the state is in minority and it needs three MLAs.CM Saini and Manohar Lal Khattar have met Jogiram Sihag and Ramniwas Surjakheda and discussed the future strategy. BJP is trying to woo some JJP MLAs to overcome this political crisis. It is being said that both the MLAs can support the BJP, even after which its number does not seem to reach the majority.Good news for the party came on June 5 when CM Naib Singh won the by-election held on Karnal seat. However, the opposition was constantly claiming that Naib Singh's defeat was certain on this seat. CM Saini gave a befitting reply to all the claims of the opposition and won from the Karnal seat. Despite this victory, the number of MLAs with the party is only 41.Number game of Haryana AssemblyIf we talk about the majority figure, then BJP has 41 MLAs and it has the support of Haryana Lokhit Party MLA Gopal Kanda. In such a situation, the number of MLAs with it has become 42. The party needs 45 MLAs to get a majority, for which it still needs at least 3 MLAs. There are 90 seats in the assembly in Haryana, but at present the number of current members is 88 because one MLA had resigned and one MLA died.
