Then on 15 May, Head Constable reached Mohanlal Hospital, where on the basis of the viral photo on social media, the police called Vivekananda Chouraha, Nanalal and family members of Omkarlal Gadolia Lohar resident of Kankroli.

Nanalal had told the police that his brother Omkarlal had a long bruise in his right hand from wrist to elbow. At the same time, two fingers of the left hand are bent. In such a situation, the hospital administration and the police gave the dead body to the family, citing the fact that the body was three days old and that the hand marks had been erased.

The brother of Aunkar of Nanalal Gadolia Lohar told that the police and hospital administration gave the dead body after making a post-mortem and made a panchnama and the family also performed the last rites by assuming the Aunkarlal Gadolia Lohar. For the last 10 days, there was a lot of gummy atmosphere in the family. The family were shocked when Aunkarlal returned home on Sunday evening.

Aunkarlal said that he had gone to Udaipur on May 11 without informing his family members. Due to ill health, he was admitted to Udaipur Hospital, where he was discharged after four days. When he returned to Rajsamand on Sunday, he saw a garland mounted on his picture and brothers and children shaved their heads. Told that Aunkarlal has been migrating with his family to Udaipur for a long time, but due to the lockdown his family returned to his brother in Rajsamand. Meanwhile, on 11 May, Ankar went to Udaipur alone without being told and due to ill he got himself admitted to the hospital and did not tell the family at home. Aunkarlal was addicted to alcohol.

Now questions are arising, who was deemed dead and cremated, he came out alive, then who was the person who cremated him. Neither the post-mortem of the dead body nor the viscera report was taken. Now in such a situation how will the police find out who was the person who performed the last rites. This has raised serious questions on the police system along with the hospital.
