By News Helpline Mumbai | Actor Farhan Akhtar says that his forthcoming release, The Sky Is Pink, has taught him a lot and there is something for everyone in the film.
Actor Farhan Akhtar along with Priyanka Chopra recently unveiled a wall of love at Bandstand, Bandra. The wall is filled with positive messages which have been collected via online contest.
Basically, the promotional event was a contest wherein people were asked to send in messages about their loved ones and the 'The Sky Is Pink' team selected the best of those to showcase it up on the larger than life, digital canvas.
Talking about releases and what actor has learnt with his new release, Farhan said, “Every film comes with its own new experience; we learn something new with each new project. The good thing about the film, The Sky Is Pink, the people on whom this people is based, they live in London, they are extremely good folks, so the minute the characters in the film are about real people, and the situations these people have actually gone through in life, would teach you a lot about life. And there is something for everyone in the film”
“The arch of characters, goes from 28 years old to 57 years old, is big and the journey is long. Their kids’ journey is also there, so there is so much to learn from them. There struggle and love for each other, so it has taught me a lot” added Farhan.
'The Sky Is Pink', directed by Shonali Bose, is based on the life of the motivational speaker, Aisha Chaudhary, who lost her life at 18 due to an immune-deficient disorder.
The film that marks Priyanka's Hindi production debut and her Bollywood comeback after 3 years! The film is set to release on 11th of October this year.
