Raj: Due to the support of Nupur Sharma, the throat of a person named Kanhaiyalal has been slit in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Tension has arisen in the city due to the incident, so politics has also started on it. While the BJP has demanded Gehlot's resignation, the Rajasthan CM has said that PM Modi and Amit Shah should appeal for peace.
Gehlot said, "It is a matter of concern that someone gets killed like this, it is sad and shameful. I understand that there is also a need to improve the atmosphere. There has been an atmosphere of tension in the whole country. I repeatedly speak to PM Modi and Amit Shah ji that why are you not addressing the country.Gehlot said, "The situation which has become due to some reasons, people in the streets and localities are not able to understand, where people who have less number of population, whether it is Hindu or Muslim, they are more worried. There is a distance between each other, there is tension. This needs to be understood. If we say something, it makes a difference. It makes a big difference if the Prime Minister speaks. I think PM Modi should address the whole country on such an occasion. We should appeal that we will not accept violence at any cost. The Chief Minister of Rajasthan said that the Udaipur incident is not minor, what has happened is beyond imagination that anyone can do this. He said, "The amount to be condemned is less. I have also spoken to Leader of Opposition Gulab Chand Kataria. He is in touch with the CMO. We want everyone to live together in peace in such times. The guilty will not be spared. Police is trying to make an arrest. The manner in which this incident has taken place must have caused outrage among the people, I can imagine.
