Hathras Stampede: There was a stampede during a satsang in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh on July 2. 121 people died in this accident. There is also a lot of politics on the incident. The BJP government of the state is on the target of the opposition. Meanwhile, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has written a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He has demanded from CM Yogi to increase the compensation amount and give strict punishment to the culprits.Rahul Gandhi's letter is of 2 pages. He wrote that the compensation amount fixed by the state government is inadequate. The compensation amount should be increased and it should be given to the victim families as soon as possible. He also wrote that the injured should be given proper treatment as soon as possible and they should also be given proper compensation.Rahul Gandhi visited HathrasRahul Gandhi also said in the letter that people should get justice and the culprits should get the harshest punishment. Earlier, Rahul Gandhi visited Hathras on Friday and met the victims. Referring to his meeting, Rahul Gandhi said in the letter that I had no words to say after meeting the families affected by the stampede accident in Hathras, feeling their pain and knowing their problems.Case registered against Bhole BabaAfter this incident in Hathras on July 2, the main accused Dev Prakash Madhukar was arrested on Friday night. After which today i.e. on July 7, a case has been registered against Bhole Baba, whose original name is Suraj Pal Singh, in the Hathras stampede case. The case against Bhole Baba has been filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Patna.
