There are a total of 70 MLAs in the Delhi Assembly. In such a situation, there cannot be more than 7 ministers. After the arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise case, Delhi government minister Rajkumar Anand resigned from his post. Therefore, apart from the Chief Minister, there are only 5 ministers in the Delhi government, that is, 1 post is vacant. In such a situation, there is no problem in including Manish Sisodia in the cabinet again along with the existing ministers and making him the Deputy Chief Minister.
